HICA Group is seeking a Senior Homecare Worker in Grimsby to deliver high-quality, person-centred care across the community. The role offers career development as internal promotions have been common and provides paid training with NVQ levels 1–3.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality person-centred care to Service Users.
• Respond to emergency callouts and provide additional support where required.
• Mentor and supervise Homecare Workers.
• Carry out competency checks and medication assessments.
• Support and guide new starters during induction.
• Build positive relationships with Service Users and their families.
• Complete care plans, reviews, and risk assessments.
• Promote independence and connect individuals with community support services.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Liaise effectively with management, healthcare professionals, and families.

Pay: £13.26 per hour

Contract: 40 hours per week

Day Shifts: 8:00am to 8:00pm

Night Shifts: 11:00pm to 6:00am
