Job summary

Moorcare, a Leeds-based domiciliary care provider, is seeking a dedicated Rota Coordinator to manage staff rotas and ensure care visits are covered across the service area.

You will respond to last‑minute changes, liaise with care staff, clients and families, and maintain scheduling records while supporting the delivery of safe, person-centered care. On-call duties may apply and accuracy is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in rota management in domiciliary care.
• Knowledge of safeguarding and care quality processes.
• Eligibility to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain and update staff rotas.
• Ensure all care visits are allocated and covered.
• Respond promptly to short-notice staff absences and rota changes.
• Liaise with care staff, clients, families and management teams.
• Maintain scheduling records and systems.
• Participate in on-call rota as required.
• Support safe, person-centred care delivery.
• Collaborate with colleagues to resolve scheduling challenges.
