Job summary

South Lanarkshire Council is seeking a part-time Scheduling Supervisor to support Home Carers providing community care. The role involves scheduling, rostering, and workload allocation across a service-wide remit with a mix of early and late shifts, including every second weekend.

Training is provided, and IT proficiency is essential for daily duties. The position offers a hybrid working pattern combining office and home-based tasks, with a competitive hourly rate and annual salary equivalent

• Provide a support service to Home Carers across the service area.

• Demonstrate commitment to quality service delivery and continuous improvement.
• Cover all localities within the service as needed.
• Blended hybrid of office and home working with training provided by the Council.
