Job summary

Sanctuary Group is seeking a Care Improvement Partner. The role focuses on regulatory compliance, quality care standards, and service improvement across residential and nursing settings.

You will lead with compassionate management, analyse data from multiple systems, and collaborate across departments to deliver high-quality care. The position requires Level 4 Diploma in Health and Social Care and strong English communication.

Qualifications

  • Level 4 Diploma in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
  • Leadership and management experience in the care sector.
  • Experience in care in a residential environment.
  • Understands regulatory compliance, care legislation and inspection regimes.
  • Experience of change management and managing challenged services.
  • Delivery of projects with compassionate and clear leadership.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Ability to interpret data from multiple systems.
  • Effective time management and diary planning.

Responsibilities

  • Provide expertise on regulatory compliance and inspection regimes to ensure service delivery requirements.
  • Maintain high care standards through quality improvements, assessments and monitoring.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across departments to drive continuous improvements.
  • Represent the quality and clinical team at internal and external events as required.
  • Support residential and nursing home colleagues in policy and process compliance.
  • Guide teams in applying training concepts and practical care practices.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of care standards and internal procedures.

Care Improvement Partner

Salary: £45,736.60 per annum, rising to £48,157.20 per annum after 12 months of service, plus a car allowance of £8,445.03 per annum.

Responsibilities
  • Provide expertise, detailed understanding and practical guidance on regulatory compliance, care legislation and inspection regimes and action to ensure achievement of CQC and CI, legislative and organisational requirements and service delivery requirement
  • Ensure the highest level of care standards are maintained at all times through quality improvements, assessments, monitoring throughout the business demonstrating learning and sharing best practice.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues from other departments across the business to ensure continuous improvements and high standards of care quality.
  • To represent the quality and clinical team at internal and external events as and when required.
  • Work with residential and nursing home colleagues to ensure the effective use of systems and processes including compliance with policies and procedure
  • Provide support and guidance to ensure the effective practical application of theoretical principles and training concepts, acting as a role model for excellence in the delivery of care practices and standards.
  • Maintain knowledge and expertise in care standards, regulatory compliance requirement and internal policy and procedures.
Qualifications
  • Level 4 Diploma in Health and Social Care or equivalent similar as proof of continued professional development
  • Proven relevant leadership and management experience in the care sector
  • Proven experience in care, in a residential environment
  • Detailed understanding of regulatory compliance, care legislation and inspection regime
  • Experience of change management and/or managing challenged services
  • Proven ability to manage effective delivery of projectsCompassionate and clear leadership skills
  • Excellent communication skills including understanding of written and spoken English
  • Able to interpret, analyse data from multiple complex systems
  • Effective time management and diary planning.
