Job summary

Sanctuary Group is seeking a Care Improvement Partner to drive regulatory compliance, quality assurance and improvements across England and Scotland. The role focuses on maintaining high standards of care, supporting residential and nursing homes, and ensuring delivery against care legislation and inspection regimes.

The post requires strong leadership, data interpretation and effective communication in English.

Qualifications

• Diploma Level 4 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent)
• Proven leadership and management experience in the care sector
• Experience in residential care settings
• Detailed understanding of regulatory compliance, care legislation and inspection regimes
• Ability to interpret and analyse data from multiple complex systems
• Excellent written and spoken English communication

Responsibilities

• Provide expertise on regulatory compliance, care legislation, inspection regimes and ensure service delivery requirements are met
• Maintain high care standards through quality improvements, assessments and ongoing monitoring
• Collaborate with other departments to drive continuous improvements and high care quality
• Represent the quality and clinical team at internal and external events as required
• Support residential and nursing home colleagues in system/process use and policy adherence
• Provide practical guidance and model excellence in care practices and standards

Care Improvement Partner

Covering England and Scotland

Salary: £45,736.60 per annum, rising to £48,157.20 per annum after 12 months of service, plus a car allowance of £8,445.03 per annum.

35 hours per week

Your role

• Provide expertise, detailed understanding and practical guidance on regulatory compliance, care legislation and inspection regimes and action to ensure achievement of CQC and CI, legislative and organisational requirements and service delivery requirement
• Ensure the highest level of care standards are maintained at all times through quality improvements, assessments, monitoring throughout the business demonstrating learning and sharing best practice.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues from other departments across the business to ensure continuous improvements and high standards of care quality.
• To represent the quality and clinical team at internal and external events as and when required.
• Work with residential and nursing home colleagues to ensure the effective use of systems and processes including compliance with policies and procedure
• Provide support and guidance to ensure the effective practical application of theoretical principles and training concepts, acting as a role model for excellence in the delivery of care practices and standards.
• Maintain knowledge and expertise in care standards, regulatory compliance requirement and internal policy and procedures.
• Level 4 Diploma in Health and Social Care or equivalent similar as proof of continued professional development
• Proven relevant leadership and management experience in the care sector
• Proven experience in care, in a residential environment
• Detailed understanding of regulatory compliance, care legislation and inspection regime
• Experience of change management and/or managing challenged services
• Proven ability to manage effective delivery of projects
• Compassionate and clear leadership skills
• Excellent communication skills including understanding of written and spoken English
• Able to interpret, analyse data from multiple complex systems
• Effective time management and diary planning.
