Job summary

Sanctuary Care is inviting applications for a Care Improvement Partner to lead regulatory compliance and care standards across England and Scotland. You will provide practical guidance, support quality improvements, and work with teams to ensure CQC/CI compliance and service delivery.

The role is national, 35 hours per week, with a salary of £45,736.60–£48,157.20 per year plus a car allowance of £8,445.03, and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• Level 4 Diploma in Health and Social Care (or equivalent) required.
• Demonstrated leadership and management experience in care.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and inspection regimes.
• Full, current driving license for national travel across England and Scotland.
• Excellent communication and data interpretation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide practical guidance on regulatory compliance and inspection regimes to ensure CQC England and CI Scotland adherence.
• Lead quality improvements and monitor care standards across the business.
• Collaborate with other departments to drive continuous improvements in care quality.
• Represent the quality and clinical team at internal and external events as needed.
• Support effective application of policies, procedures and training concepts.

A new and exciting opportunity has become available for a dynamic and skilled Care Improvement Partner to provide practical guidance and action to improve care quality to meet CQC (England) and CI (Scotland) legislative, registration and organisational requirements.

Your role

• Provide expertise, detailed understanding and practical guidance on regulatory compliance, care legislation and inspection regimes and action to ensure achievement of CQC (England) and CI (Scotland), legislative and organisational requirements and service delivery requirement
• Ensure the highest level of care standards are maintained at all times through quality improvements, assessments, monitoring throughout the business demonstrating learning and sharing best practice.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues from other departments across the business to ensure continuous improvements and high standards of care quality.
• To represent the quality and clinical team at internal and external events as and when required.
• Work with residential and nursing home colleagues to ensure the effective use of systems and processes including compliance with policies and procedure
• Provide support and guidance to ensure the effective practical application of theoretical principles and training concepts, acting as a role model for excellence in the delivery of care practices and standards.
• Maintain knowledge and expertise in care standards, regulatory compliance requirement and internal policy and procedures.
• Level 4 Diploma in Health and Social Care or equivalent similar as proof of continued professional development
• Full, current driving license for national travel across England and Scotland
• Proven relevant leadership and management experience in the care sector
• Proven experience in care, in a residential environment
• Detailed understanding of regulatory compliance, care legislation and inspection regime
• Experience of change management and/or managing challenged services
• Proven ability to manage effective delivery of projects
• Compassionate and clear leadership skills
• Excellent communication skills including understanding of written and spoken English
• Able to interpret, analyse data from multiple complex systems
• Effective time management and diary planning.
