Bupa Cromwell Hospital in London is seeking a Connected Care Pathway Coordinator (Bank) to support UK Insurance Specialist Centres. You will coordinate clinics, manage patient communications and ensure timely KPI data submissions with MI, Clinical and Development Teams.

This full-time bank role involves maintaining SLAs, booking appointments and developing processes to improve the patient experience. Strong documentation and cross-team coordination are essential.

Responsabilités

• Provide efficient administration and services to Bupa Insurance Specialist Centres at Cromwell Hospital.
• Coordinate day-to-day operations of Specialist Centres and ensure SLAs are followed.
• Support quarterly KPI submissions to UKI and work with MI, Clinical and Development Teams.
• Lead on the coordination of UKI Specialist Centres and manage patient communications and appointments.
• Book patient appointments and communicate times to consultants, radiologists and patients.
• Develop processes to improve the patient experience and ensure SOPs are up to date.
• Ensure all processes are documented and engage with the CNS as needed.
• Support KPI reporting and data requests related to specialist centres.
