Job summary

Caron Group is seeking a Group Operational Support to provide flexible, hands-on operational help across Wales. The role supports Operations Directors, Regional Managers and multiple care homes in Wales, focusing on care delivery, documentation, and regulatory compliance.

The post requires Level 3 Health & Social Care or equivalent, plus experience in care homes. You will move between homes as needed, contributing to quality improvement and operational performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum Level 3 QCF/NVQ in Health & Social Care or equivalent.
• Experience delivering personal care within health or social care.
• Strong administrative and IT skills.
• Good understanding of care home regulation and compliance in Wales.
• Experience in a care home or similar regulated setting.
• Willingness to travel between homes across Wales.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on operational support to care homes across Wales as directed by the Operations Director and Regional Operations Managers.
• Support homes with safe, effective and person-centred care and assist care teams where needed.
• Help Home Managers with care documentation, audits, and quality assurance activities.
• Assist with CIW inspections, contract monitoring visits and internal quality audits.
• Support staff files, compliance records and other operational processes.
