Job summary

Cera Care Ltd is a UK-based provider delivering technology-enabled home care. The role leads a branch, driving growth, quality care, and effective local operations in line with regulatory requirements.

You will oversee a multi-disciplinary team, collaborate with local authorities, and ensure service delivery aligns with safeguarding and policy standards. This is a fast-paced leadership position at the heart of community care in the UK.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working in a regulated care environment.
• Registered with SSSC (Scotland only).
• Knowledge of the Health and Social Care Act.

Responsibilities

• Accountable to the Registered Manager, subject to review in line with expansion.
• Ensure services are delivered within current legislation and safeguarding procedures.
• Deputise for and support the Registered Manager as required.
• Attend Shared partnership meetings with the housing team.
• Liaise with local authorities, social workers and other third parties.
• Ensure KPIs are achieved by the local council and Cera Care.
• Support HR investigations and disciplinary procedures.
• Maintain stock levels of uniforms, PPE and stationery.
• Support Team Leaders with management queries.
• Support On Call duties as needed.
• Provide reports to management and Commissioners within agreed timescales.
• Attend branch review meetings with senior managers.
