Cera is seeking a passionate Field Care Supervisor to be an ambassador in our community. You will carry out initial introductions, assess clients, build care plans, and shadow carer teams to ensure high quality care in the field.

With a strong knowledge of the care sector, you will manage visits in the community, complete reviews, risk assessments and compliance checks, and contribute to planning meetings and business opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in care supervision or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of the care sector and regulatory environment.
• Passion for delivering compassionate, high-quality care.
• Clear and effective communication with clients, families and staff.
• Solid IT skills for documentation and record-keeping.
• Organised with the ability to manage field visits and admin.

Responsabilités

• Ensure customers' requirements are met and care standards upheld.
• Supervise care staff and ensure safe, high-quality care delivery.
• Complete meet & greet of new packages and local introductions.
• Maintain strong local knowledge of the area and service users.
• Create and review care plans; update as needed.
• Conduct or support risk assessments and MAR chart audits.
• Perform carer spot checks and field supervision.
• Conduct carer interviews and support compliance activities.
• Attend provider meetings and support business opportunities.

Description du poste

We are looking for a passionate Field Care Supervisor to become an ambassador for Cera and an extension of our family. You'll carry out initial introductions, construct care plans, conduct client assessments, and shadow Care Workers to monitor the provision of care in terms of quality. It will involve 75/95% of time out in the field and 25/5% in the office for administrative tasks. We have an opportunity to bring service and support to the most vulnerable in our communities and continue on our journey to being the UK's fastest growing technology-enabled care provider.

Responsible for the ongoing supervision on carers

• Ensuring customers' requirements are met
• Ensure your team are skilled and able to deliver a safe quality of care

• Audits of MAR charts and Log books
