Purosearch Ltd. in London is seeking an experienced Domiciliary Care Manager to lead our growing homecare service in Chingford, ensuring compassionate, person-centred care and full regulatory compliance.

You will manage coordinators, supervisors and carers, drive growth, maintain CQC ratings, recruit and develop staff, and build strong relationships with clients and local authorities.

Qualifikationen

• Proven domiciliary care management or senior leadership experience.
• NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care Leadership & Management or currently pursuing it.
• Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and home care best practices.
• Excellent communication and people-management skills.
• Based in/near Croydon or Sutton boroughs of London; driving licence and own vehicle.
