Job summary

Home Instead in the United Kingdom is seeking a experienced Registered Manager to oversee two domiciliary care operations, ensuring compliance with governing bodies and delivering person-centred care. You will work with the Operations Manager to develop high quality local services and supervise the team to meet care standards.

The role requires extensive care leadership experience, a Level 5 Diploma or equivalent, and the ability to manage payroll, budgets and on-call duties across the community.

Qualifications

• Extensive care experience with a proven track record in providing consistent excellent customer service.
• Proven experience in leading, training and managing a team to provide high quality domiciliary care services.
• Excellent knowledge and understanding of compliance and legislative requirements of the care regulations.
• Drive and motivation to take on a broad role and develop care services.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day running of two Home Instead offices to ensure compliant service delivery.
• Oversee compliance with regulators, legislation and franchise standards.
• Support recruitment and training of Care Professionals and office staff.
• Lead quality assurance processes and care planning to maintain high standards.
• Handle payroll, budgets and data integrity across platforms.
• Maintain on-call rota and respond to incidents with timely investigations.
