Much Birch Surgery is a busy rural GP practice seeking a Medical Receptionist / Care Navigator to join our team near Hereford. You will deliver a professional and welcoming reception, handle appointments and patient registrations across multiple channels, and provide essential administrative support while maintaining confidential records.

The role requires accuracy, organisation and teamwork in a busy environment.

Formación

• Prior reception/administration experience preferred.
• Able to manage multiple tasks with accuracy.
• Proactive and courteous with patients and colleagues.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver a professional and welcoming reception service for patients and visitors.
• Manage appointments, enquiries and patient registrations across face-to-face, telephone and online channels.
• Provide administrative support, including correspondence, records management and email monitoring.
• Maintain accurate, confidential patient records in line with policies and procedures.
• Support effective communication with patients, clinicians and external organisations.
• Contribute to a safe, organised and efficient practice environment and the smooth day-to-day running of the service.
