Qualifikationen

• Experience with the general public and healthcare setting desirable.
• Proficient with clinical IT systems and patient data entry.

Aufgaben

• Signpost patients to the appropriate healthcare professional or service.
• Act as central point of contact for team messages and enquiries.
• Answer calls and transfer or handle requests.
• Process appointment requests and maintain the booking system.
• Liaise with external agencies and multidisciplinary team.
• Record accurate information in patient records.
• Register new and temporary patients and enter data.
• Handle emails, post and scanning to patient records.
• Direct information requests to administrative team.
• Support processing of repeat prescriptions.
• Provide chaperone support when required.
• Cover administrative staff during absences.
