Job summary

SSP Health at Carlisle Central Practice seeks a Care Navigator to be the first point of contact for patients, directing them to the right GP or community services and handling bookings for appointments and clinics.

Qualifications

• GCSE English and Maths at grade C or above is essential.
• Prior GP practice experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• First point of contact for patients.
