Job summary

The Methodist Church in Britain is seeking a Care Navigator for Ince Surgery, a GP practice recruited through SSP Health. You will be the first point of contact for patients, arranging clinics, passing on information from the clinical team and helping people access services in the community.

The role involves telephone, face-to-face and electronic enquiries, plus general office tasks such as filing, coding and referrals.

Job description

Care Navigator post for Ince Surgery, a GP practice, recruited through SSP Health. The holder is the first point of contact for patients, arranging clinics, passing on information from the clinical team and helping people reach services in the community. The work spans telephone, face-to-face and electronic enquiries alongside general office tasks such as filing, coding and referrals, in a busy practice where training is provided. Prior GP experience is preferred but not essential.
