Helping Hands is recruiting a Branch Care Manager in Chigwell to lead the delivery of exceptional care within the local community. You’ll guide a dedicated team, uphold high quality standards and ensure customers receive safe, personalised support that they can rely on.

You’ll build strong relationships with carers, healthcare professionals and local partners, manage budgets and performance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive growth and service excellence across your branch.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams and driving performance.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with internal and external partners.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements, quality frameworks and compliance.
• Budgeting and KPIs experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead your branch with warmth and clarity, creating a high-performing, values-driven team.
• Ensure every customer receives outstanding care across visits, respite and Live-in services.
• Maintain full regulatory compliance across services, driving a right-first-time culture.
• Build strong relationships with healthcare professionals, local authorities, GPs and partners.
• Collaborate with Operations, People, Quality, Finance and Marketing to deliver great outcomes.
• Monitor performance, manage budgets, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, profitability and service delivery.
• Support Area Care Manager and leaders by sharing best practice and embedding a culture of excellence.
