Job summary

Premier Recruitment Solutions Limited is recruiting an experienced Care Manager to lead a large domiciliary care service in Grimsby, ensuring safe, high-quality, person-centred care.

You will manage day-to-day operations, oversee care planning, staffing, safeguarding, and regulatory compliance, while developing the team and supporting growth in a permanent, full-time role with a £35,000 per annum salary.

Qualifications

• Previous Care Manager or senior management experience in domiciliary care.
• Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and adult social care law.
• Experience leading large teams in complex operations.
• Solid care planning, safeguarding and QA knowledge.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
• Commercial awareness and service growth understanding.
• Level 5 Leadership & Management qualification would be advantageous.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Support the overall management and performance of a very large domiciliary care service.
• Ensure safe, high-quality and person-centred care is delivered.
• Lead, support and develop care and office teams.
• Oversee care planning and ensure plans reflect clients' needs.
• Monitor staffing levels, rotas and care delivery.
• Support recruitment, induction, supervision and performance management.
• Manage safeguarding concerns, incidents, complaints and other care-related issues.
• Monitor quality assurance and compliance across the service.
• Build relationships with clients, families, carers and external professionals.
• Support the Registered Manager with CQC compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor service performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Support the continued growth and development of the service.

Would you like to take responsibility within a very large and established domiciliary care service, working alongside a senior management team to maintain quality and drive continued growth?

We are recruiting for an experienced Care Manager to support the day-to-day operational management of a large domiciliary care service in Grimsby.

About the Role

What We're Looking For

• Previous Care Manager, Deputy Manager, Registered Manager or similar senior management experience within domiciliary care
• Strong understanding of CQC regulations and adult social care legislation
• Experience managing large teams and complex operational environments
• Strong knowledge of care planning, safeguarding and quality assurance
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
• Commercial awareness and an understanding of service growth
• Level 5 Leadership & Management qualification would be advantageous
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
