Job summary

Premier Recruitment Solutions Ltd is seeking an experienced Care Manager to oversee a large domiciliary care service in Grimsby. The role focuses on delivering high-quality, person-centred care and driving service growth.

You will manage care and office teams, ensure accurate care planning, and uphold CQC and regulatory standards. A Level 5 Leadership & Management qualification and a full UK driving licence are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Experience as Care Manager or senior management in domiciliary care.
• Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and adult social care legislation.
• Experience leading large teams and complex operations.
• Proficient in care planning, safeguarding and quality assurance.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support the overall management and performance of a very large domiciliary care service.
• Ensure safe, high-quality and person-centred care is consistently delivered.
• Lead, support and develop care and office teams.
• Oversee care planning and ensure plans accurately reflect clients' needs.
• Monitor staffing levels, rotas and care delivery.
• Support recruitment, induction, supervision and performance management.
• Manage safeguarding concerns, incidents, complaints and other care-related issues.
• Monitor quality assurance and compliance across the service.
• Build strong relationships with clients, families, carers and external professionals.
• Support the Registered Manager with CQC compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor service performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Support the continued growth and development of the service.

Are you an experienced Care Manager looking for your next challenge within domiciliary care?

Would you like to take responsibility within a very large and established domiciliary care service, working alongside a senior management team to maintain quality and drive continued growth?

We are recruiting for an experienced Care Manager to support the day‑day operational management of a large domiciliary care service in Grimsby.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a busy environment, leading teams and ensuring high standards of care are consistently maintained across a significant service.

About the Role

• Support the overall management and performance of a very large domiciliary care service

What We're Looking For

• Previous Care Manager, Deputy Manager, Registered Manager or similar senior management experience within domiciliary care
• Strong understanding of CQC regulations and adult social care legislation
• Experience managing large teams and complex operational environments
• Strong knowledge of care planning, safeguarding and quality assurance
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
• Commercial awareness and an understanding of service growth
• Level 5 Leadership & Management qualification would be advantageous
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
