As a Customer Care Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
Care planning, risk assessments and ongoing reviews of current care package
Guiding and supporting Care Experts
Work effectively with customers, their families and representatives, other social and health care professionals and managers and staff from Bluebird Care to deliver high quality care services.
