Job summary

Kent County Council is recruiting for a customer-facing position within the Care Leavers Service, Business Support Team. You will handle data, liaise with partner agencies and manage competing deadlines in a hybrid work setup, combining office presence with home working.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage a busy workload and respond to urgent requests.
• Strong IT skills for data collation, management and presentation.
• Experience with multi-agency work and liaison with public and professionals.

Responsibilities

• Support the Care Leavers Service and assist the Business Support Team.
• Act as a contact point for the service and stakeholders.
• Contribute to data collection, reporting and service improvements.
