Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience leading people within care with a commitment to delivering high-quality care at home.
• Good understanding of care standards and regulatory requirements.
• Level 5 qualification in Health and Social Care, or relevant equivalent, or willingness to work towards one.
• Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.
• The ability to balance quality, team development and business growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day service, maintaining safe, personalised care and strong compliance.
• Support, develop and motivate the team.
• Build positive relationships with clients, families and referral partners.
• Help grow the service while maintaining quality and managing resources effectively.
• Our care visits last a minimum of one hour, giving our Care Assistants time to provide personalised support and build meaningful relationships.
