Job summary

SCiA Group is recruiting for a Registered Manager – Home Care in Southampton. This role leads the Southampton Home Care service, ensuring safe, high-quality, person-centred care and strong regulatory compliance.

You will guide the care and office teams, drive quality improvements and foster relationships with families, professionals and commissioners. A Level 5 leadership diploma and a full UK driving licence are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in domiciliary care and leading care teams.
• Strong understanding of CQC regulations and safeguarding.
• Ability to own and develop a service with autonomy.
• UK driving license and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Provide visible, values-driven leadership to the Southampton Home Care service.
• Lead, support and develop a motivated and high-performing care and office-based team.
• Take ownership of service quality, compliance, staffing and operational performance.
• Ensure the service meets CQC regulations, safeguarding requirements and quality standards.
• Drive sustainable service growth through business development and community engagement.
• Build positive relationships with people using the service, families, professionals and commissioners.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and lead positive change across the service.
• Participate in the on-call rota.
