Job summary

Bupa UK is seeking a friendly Receptionist for Premier Court Care Home in Bishop's Stortford. You will be the first point of contact for visitors and handle enquiries with warmth and professionalism, working weekends on a part-time basis.

Based at Premier Court, the role covers front-desk duties, coordinating with the Home Manager and Administrator, and delivering excellent customer service to residents, families, and staff in a care-home setting.

Qualifications

• Experience as receptionist with excellent customer service.
• Friendly, approachable, and well organised.
• Caring attitude and ability to handle varied workload.

Responsibilities

• Act as first point of contact for visitors to the home.
• Manage new enquiries and provide advice over face to face and phone.
• Conduct show-arounds within the care home.
• Support Home Manager and Administrator with clerical duties.
• Process enquiries in a timely manner and complete daily/weekly tasks.
