Job summary

Premier Court is a Bupa care home in Bishop’s Stortford seeking a receptionist to be the first point of contact for visitors and new enquiries. The role involves face-to-face and phone-based support, show-arounds, and clerical assistance to the Home Manager and Administrator.

You will need a friendly, approachable manner, strong organisational skills and a caring attitude to help residents and their families. The home offers a peaceful setting and a community-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Acting as the first point of contact for all visitors to the home.
• Taking responsibility for managing new enquiries
• Providing advice and support face to face and over the phone
• Conducting show-arounds within the care home
• Supporting the Home Manager and Administrator with clerical duties such as maintaining paperwork and filing
• Dealing with enquiries in a timely manner and ensuring daily and weekly tasks are completed
