Job summary
Bupa’s Premier Court Care Home in Bishop's Stortford is seeking a Receptionist for a part-time role (12 hours per week). You will be the first point of contact for visitors, handle enquiries, and support the Home Manager with general admin.
You will need prior receptionist experience and a friendly, well-organised approach to help residents and their families. This role offers a pro rata salary and opportunities to grow within a supportive care environment.
Qualifications
- Previous receptionist experience with excellent customer service.
- Friendly, approachable manner both face to face and on the phone.
- Capable of building relationships with residents, families and staff.
Responsibilities
- Be the first point of contact for visitors to the home.
- Manage new enquiries and provide information to visitors.
- Offer face-to-face and phone support to residents and families.
- Conduct show-arounds within the care home for visitors.
- Support the Home Manager and Administrator with clerical tasks and filing.
- Ensure timely handling of enquiries and complete daily/weekly tasks.
