Orders of St. John Care Trust is seeking an Administrator at Edwardstow Court in Stow-on-the-Wold, Gloucestershire. You’ll provide reception, administrative and basic finance support to keep the Home running smoothly and be the first point of contact for visitors, ensuring infection control rules are followed and coordinating testing requirements.

You’ll also help plan events, support the Home Manager, and work with a dedicated team to provide a warm, caring environment for residents.

Competenze

• Experience in an administrative or reception role.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Experience handling cash and keeping reports up to date.
• GCSE Maths and English or equivalent.

Mansioni

• Provide reception, administration and basic finance support to the Home Manager.
• Act as first point of contact for visitors and ensure infection control rules are followed.
