Job summary

Hamberley Care Homes is seeking a Care Home Administrator to support the daily operations of our luxury care home, Meryton Place. You will provide comprehensive administrative support to the Home Manager and help maintain efficient systems and processes in a resident-focused environment.

The role requires strong organisational and communication skills, experience in care home administration, and a dedication to delivering high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Experience in an administrative role within a care home or similar setting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Friendly, approachable demeanor with commitment to customer service.
• Understanding of care home regulations and requirements is desirable.
• Empathy and a desire to make a difference to residents' lives.

Responsibilities

• Undertake all administrative duties to ensure smooth care home operations.
• Support the Home Manager with administration, HR/Recruitment tasks and financial activities.
• Assist with preparation of reports and compliance documentation.
• Monitor budgets, process invoices and maintain financial records.
• Handle inquiries from residents, families and external stakeholders professionally.
