Job summary

Colten Care's Abbotts Barton home in Winchester is seeking a Home Manager to lead a 63-bed, CQC Good-rated facility. You will oversee the home’s team, resources and operations to deliver a resident-led, dignified life aligned with our All About Me philosophy.

Working with the Clinical Lead, you’ll ensure high-quality care and regulatory compliance, develop staff, grow occupancy and strengthen community links through marketing and partnerships.

Qualifications

Proven leadership of a care home or similar setting.
Strong track record in delivering CQC-compliant care.
Experience with occupancy and commercial aspects of running a home.
Ability to grow community links and promote the service.
Experience in private sector care homes is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Lead the home’s team and manage resources to deliver dignified care.
Work with the Clinical Lead to meet CQC standards and regulatory expectations.
Nurture the team and develop staff across all areas.
Build community relationships and promote occupancy through marketing.
Travel as required; build partnerships and oversee operations.
