Qualifications
- Proven track record of developing and motivating teams to deliver outstanding care.
- Strong organisational and management abilities with a focus on quality care.
- Experience in care home marketing and maintaining occupancy.
- Good understanding of safeguarding, CQC and compliance guidelines.
- Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues at all levels.
- Experience building links with the local community.

- Develop and implement business plans to improve occupancy and financial performance.
