Job summary

Abbeyfield is seeking a dedicated Care Home Manager to lead Pratt House in Amersham. You will be responsible for the care, financial performance, and regulatory compliance of the home, while developing a high-performing team dedicated to resident well-being.

You should hold relevant care qualifications or demonstrate equivalent management experience in a registered elderly care setting, with a focus on person-centred care and safeguarding.

Qualifications

• Experience at a management level in residential elderly care.
• Evidence of meeting CQC standards and safeguarding vulnerable adults.

Responsibilities

• Lead the home and inspire the team to embody Abbeyfield's values.
• Oversee finances, occupancy, revenue targets, budgeting and cost control.
• Ensure delivery of high-quality care services and regulatory compliance.
• Build internal and external relationships to strengthen Abbeyfield's brand.
