Shaw healthcare seeks a Service Manager for Abbott House, a 40-bed specialist care home. You will lead a compassionate team to deliver outstanding, person-centred care and ensure residents receive support to live life to the fullest.

You will oversee occupancy, budgets and resources, maintain compliance with CQC standards, and drive continuous quality improvement while promoting staff development and meaningful activities for residents.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a care home or similar size/service.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop teams.
• Experience managing budgets, occupancy and operational performance.
• Strong knowledge of CQC standards and quality assurance.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
