Career Makers is recruiting an experienced Care Home Manager to lead a large nursing, residential and dementia care home in Bedale, North Yorkshire. You will be responsible for day-to-day operations, staff leadership and ensuring high standards of care and regulatory compliance.

The role requires a proven track record as a Registered Manager or Care Home Manager in similar settings, with Level 5 Health & Social Care qualifications and strong understanding of CQC requirements.

Competenze

Registered Manager or Care Home Manager experience in nursing or residential care.
Level 5 Health & Social Care qualification or equivalent.
Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and safeguarding.
Proven leadership with ability to develop a team.
Experience overseeing nursing, residential and/or dementia care services.

Mansioni

Oversee day-to-day running of the home, ensuring high standards of nursing, residential and dementia care.
Lead, manage and develop the staff team, promoting a positive culture and high-quality service delivery.
Ensure compliance with CQC regulations, safeguarding procedures and relevant legislation.
Monitor care plans, audits and quality assurance processes to maintain excellent standards of care.
Manage budgets, staffing and resources effectively to ensure the smooth operation of the home.
