Job summary

Career Makers Inc. is recruiting an experienced Care Home Manager to lead a large nursing, residential and dementia care home in the Middlesbrough area. You will oversee day-to-day operations and drive high standards of care and resident wellbeing.

The role requires Registered Manager experience, a Level 5 Health & Social Care qualification, and sound knowledge of CQC regulations. It offers senior leadership responsibilities with ongoing professional development.

Career Makers is recruiting an experienced Care Home Manager to lead a well-established, large-bed nursing, residential and dementia care home in the Middlesbrough area. Responsibilities as a Care Home Manager:

• Oversee the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring high standards of nursing, residential and dementia care.
• Lead, manage and develop the staff team, promoting a positive culture and high-quality service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with CQC regulations, safeguarding procedures and relevant legislation.
• Monitor care plans, audits and quality assurance processes to maintain excellent standards of care.
• Manage budgets, staffing and resources effectively to ensure the smooth operation of the home.

Requirements as a Care Home Manager:

• Previous experience as a Registered Manager or Care Home Manager within a nursing or residential care setting.
• Relevant Level 5 Health & Social Care qualification or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of CQC regulations, safeguarding and care quality standards.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Experience overseeing nursing, residential and/or dementia care services.
