Job summary

Purosearch Ltd. is seeking a Nursing Home Manager with a dementia care focus to lead a Barnet-based home in North London.

You will be responsible for leadership, culture, quality and performance, building a warm, stimulating environment, striving for Outstanding CQC ratings, and developing staff.

This is a hands-on role with budget control, stakeholder engagement, and ongoing service improvement to ensure residents live well.

RN Home Manager required for a developing care provider in North London!

We are looking for an exceptional Nursing Home Manager with a specialism in dementia care to lead and shape a Barnet / North London based Nursing home owned by a developing care provider.
