Job summary

The Avery Healthcare Group operates Elstree View Care Home and is seeking a Residential Care Manager to lead the care team and uphold high standards of personal care. You will advocate for residents’ welfare and oversee care plans across all aspects of wellbeing.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, coordinating assessments, ensuring medication safety, and performing quality spot checks. DBS clearance is required, with NVQ Level 4 in Care or equivalent and at least two years in long-term

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 4 in Care or equivalent.
• Two years' experience in long-term care.
• DBS disclosure check.

Responsibilities
