You willprovide visible leadershipon the unit,overseeing standards of care delivery, staffing,documentation and resident experience. Working closely with the General Manager and Deputy Manager, you will ensure that care is delivered in line with company policies, regulatory standards and best practice.
Although non-clinical, the Care Manager is accountable for care quality, safeguarding, compliance and team performance within the unit. You will lead care planning processes, monitor risk, support staff development and act as a key point of contact for residents, families and professionals.
