Job summary

Avery Healthcare Group is seeking a Residential Care Manager for Chertsey Parklands Care Home. You will lead Care Supervisors, advocate for residents’ wellbeing, and oversee care plans and audits in a permanent, team-leading role.

The position requires an NVQ Level 4 in Care, a DBS check, and proof of right to work in the UK, with opportunities for staff development and comprehensive quality checks.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 4 in Care or equivalent.
• Minimum of two years' experience in long-term care.
• Experience leading a care team.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the resident assessment process and keep care plans accurate.

• Manage the storage, cleaning and care of equipment in line with manufacturer's instructions.

• Carry out Quality Care Spot Checks on the quality of care given by Care Supervisors, Carers and Senior Carers
