Crystal Care Collection Limited in Lincoln is seeking a motivated Care Manager to support the General Manager in the day-to-day running of Tealwood Grange, with an NVQ Level 5 or current study towards it. You will play a key role in delivering high standards of resident care and staff guidance.

Qualifikationen

• NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care or current study towards it.
• Proven ability to lead a care team and ensure high standards of care.
• Strong communication with residents, families and staff.

Aufgaben

• Act as person in charge of the Home in the absence of the General Manager.
• Participate in on-call rota for out of hours management.
• Oversee residents needs and liaise with professionals and relatives as needed.
• Monitor PCS compliance and provide team coaching on care planning.
• Oversee ordering and booking of all medication.
• Assist with interviews, investigations and disciplinary issues.
• Assist with rota management and staffing to maintain skill mix on shift.
• Ensure compliance with HACCP, COSHH, Health and Safety and Care Standards Act.
