Zusammenfassung

Crystal Care Collection is seeking a proactive Care Manager to support the General Manager in delivering safe and compassionate care within a luxury care home. You will lead the care team, oversee day-to-day operations and drive continuous improvements that align with our values and standards.

You will mentor staff, manage performance, and ensure high-quality care plans while maintaining regulatory compliance and a positive, resident-centred culture.

Qualifikationen

• NVQ Level 5 in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or equivalent) is required or in progress.
• Proven leadership experience in residential, nursing, or healthcare settings.
• Strong knowledge of person-centred care and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent leadership, coaching and people management skills.

Aufgaben

• Lead the home alongside the General Manager to ensure safe, effective and compassionate care.
• Mentor and develop the care team to deliver outstanding person-centred care.
• Monitor care delivery and ensure high-quality, individualised care plans for residents.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Social Care legislation, CQC standards and company policies.
