Job summary

Crystal Care Collection is seeking a Care Team Leader to guide and mentor care teams in delivering compassionate, person-centred care. You will work closely with the General Manager and Care Manager to ensure safe, compliant operations while fostering a positive culture for residents and staff.

Holds NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care and has prior senior care or leadership experience. Excellent communication and organisational skills are essential for maintaining high standards and regulatory

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care required.
• Experience in a senior care or leadership role.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Calm disposition with ability to make sound decisions under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and support the care team to deliver outstanding person-centred care.
• Provide high-quality personal care in accordance with individual care plans.
• Act as a Key Worker for allocated residents, ensuring needs and preferences are understood and met.
• Assist in developing, reviewing and implementing individual care plans.
• Safely order, administer and record medication in line with company procedures and legislation.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, COSHH, Infection Prevention & Control and relevant legislation.
• Complete quality audits, supervisions and appraisals as delegated by management.
