Job summary

Barchester care home is seeking a proactive Head of Maintenance to lead the maintenance team, ensuring the building and gardens are clean, safe and welcoming for residents and staff. You’ll tackle a wide range of tasks, manage contractors, contribute to annual budget planning with the General Manager, and supervise routine trades with hands-on leadership, IT literacy and a full UK driving licence.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in property maintenance.
• At least one trade skill.
• Reliable and flexible working hours.
• Full UK driving licence.
• IT literacy.

Responsibilities

• Support annual budget planning with the General Manager.
