Job summary

HC-One Ltd. in the United Kingdom is seeking a Maintenance Operative to join our team for 20 hours per week. You will apply solid maintenance, building, DIY, cleaning and housekeeping skills to keep residents’ spaces proactively inspected and well maintained.

You will carry out audits, keep records up to date and perform hands-on tasks such as replacing taps, fitting extractor fans and repairing timber on windows, all performed with kindness and care.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance tasks and repairs.
• Ability to perform audits and keep records up to date.
• Ability to replace taps, fit extractor fans, repair timber on windows and refresh wallpaper.

Responsibilities

• Carry out audits and ensure records are up to date.
• Perform maintenance tasks such as replacing taps or mixer valves.
• Fit an extractor fan, repair timber on windows, and refresh wall coverings.
• Communicate with residents and colleagues with kindness.
