You’ll manage a small team, liaise with contractors, and support the General Manager with annual budgeting. A hands-on trader with IT literacy and a full UK driving licence will thrive in this role.

Qualifikationen

• Hands-on experience in property maintenance.
• At least one trade skill.
• Reliable and flexible working hours.
• Full UK driving licence.
• GCSEs in Maths and English (or equivalent).
