You will lead a small maintenance team across building and grounds, ensuring a clean, safe and welcoming environment for residents and staff. The role involves liaising with contractors and supporting budget planning for the site.

The ideal candidate has hands-on property maintenance experience, at least one trade skill, and a flexible approach to hours. A full UK driving licence is expected.
