Victoria Park Care Home, part of Care Concern Group, is seeking a Deputy Manager (Non Clinical) to lead the home in Coventry. You will oversee day-to-day operations, ensure high standards of care and compliance, and support the Home Manager in delivering person-centred services in a busy residential setting.

You will manage staff performance, lead audits, and contribute to ongoing improvements, with a clear progression pathway into Home Manager roles under experienced regional support.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 4 in Health & Social Care (or working towards).
• Proven experience in a senior care or leadership role.
• Experience supporting audits, compliance and service standards.
• Medication administration and auditing experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee care delivery, staff performance and daily operations.
• Support audits, monitor quality and drive continuous improvement.
• Provide visible leadership and mentor care staff.
• Act as Deputy to Home Manager and ensure continuity of leadership.
