Job summary

HC-One Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Chef for our care home kitchen to prepare wholesome, homemade meals that meet nutritional needs and bring comfort to Residents every day.

You will hold a recognised cook qualification (S/NVQ2 or equivalent) with Level 2 Food Hygiene and HACCP knowledge, delivering tasty, nutritious dishes and positive mealtime experiences for Residents in a supportive team.

Qualifications

• S/NVQ2 in Catering & Hospitality or Professional Cookery.
• Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate is required.
• Sound understanding of HACCP and food safety practices.
