Job summary

HC-One in the United Kingdom is seeking a dedicated Chef for our care home kitchen. You’ll prepare wholesome, homemade meals that meet nutritional needs and bring comfort to Residents every day, while upholding high standards of food safety and HACCP.

You’ll be an experienced cook with S/NVQ2 in Catering & Hospitality or Professional Cookery, plus Level 2 Food Hygiene, and you’ll work as part of a caring team.

Qualifications

• Qualified cook with S/NVQ2 in Catering & Hospitality.
• Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate.
• Solid HACCP understanding and food safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve wholesome, homemade meals daily.
