Job summary

HC-One is seeking a dedicated Chef for our care home kitchen to prepare wholesome, homemade meals that support residents’ nutritional needs and wellbeing.

You will hold a recognised catering qualification (S/NVQ2 in Catering & Hospitality or Professional Cookery) and a Level 2 Food Hygiene certificate, with a solid HACCP understanding. You’ll bring creativity to menus, pride in presentation, and a caring, team-focused approach reflective of HC-One values.

Qualifications

• Qualified cook with a recognised catering qualification and food hygiene certificate.
• Knowledge of HACCP and food safety best practices.
• Ability to plan and present nutritious meals for residents.
