Job summary

Deeside Care Home in Scotland is seeking an Administrator to support daily operation and reporting. You will work with the Home Manager, manage core administrative systems including payroll input, contracts, and compliance records, and ensure information is accurate and confidential.

You will oversee front-of-house, coordinate visits, and supervise Reception staff, contributing to a well-organised and welcoming environment for residents and visitors.

Qualifications

• Strong administrative experience in a busy office environment.
• Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
• Confident IT skills including Microsoft Office and database systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage payroll input, contracts, and compliance records.
• Coordinate enquiries, visits, and ensure a professional front-of-house experience for residents, relatives and visitors.
• Support the coordination of staffing processes and supervise Reception staff.
• Contribute to a structured, efficient administrative function.
